Frac Tanks for All Applications

  • 600 BBL frac tank permits more storage per sq ft on location. This design is often the preferred choice in tighter locations. OSHA-compliant design renders the tank safe for fluid holding. Can be supplied with acid resistant @ 32% lining with NACE coatings.
  • 500 BBL Frac Tanks available with standard or acid liners.
  • Green completion frac tanks are designed with 4 oz/sq in pressure with vent lines and positive/negative pressure relief systems. Tanks have vent lines that can be connected to vapor recovery systems or combustion devices for incineration of hydrocarbons and H2S.
  • Frac tanks designed with dual-purpose for flowback operations including built in gas-busters. Green flowback versions of these units are available in which all gas emissions can be redirected for capture or combustion.

DHI serves most operational basins in the USA. We aim to be within 2 hours of all our customers’ locations.

  • Attentive and responsive to customer needs with support, tanks, and the equipment to aid them.
  • DHI has its own transport fleet to mobilize equipment at any time, ensuring our customers are not kept waiting.
  • Field technicians are available to support operations and maintenance to ensure uptime and reliability.
  • Tanks are designed for warm and cold climates. Insulated versions are available to reduce heating costs of storing completion fluids and prevent freezing.
  • Responsive management team is equipped with the resources to guarantee operational continuity under all circumstances
  • Extensive maintenance program to ensure the safety and reliability of equipment on-site.
  • Tanks for acid service may be available upon request. Standard tanks are tolerant of chemicals typically used in frac operations, but are not designed to take acid concentrations above 5%.

Frac tank designs have adapted to market needs. Many of our tanks have been repurposed for other applications including water storage for agriculture, construction work, and even holding various fluids for municipal and civil applications.

DHI is proud to offer potable water containment and grey water management in disaster relief situations.
